Like a fine aged wine, they get better over time.

But really, it's kind of like asking why does a 69 Camaro sell for $40K restored..

These boats have a lot of history and an excellent ride which people are willing to pay for. Which does not hold the same for some of the "new techs".

I’ll start with the new:

1. 3 (three) Mallory Ignition Comp Pump 400 High Performance Electronic Fuel Pumps.
2. 3 (three) Racor Parker fuel filter water separators.
3. 4 (four) ASCO Solenoid valves for the 4 fuel tanks.
4. Custom built fuel valve system. 4 tank inputs.
5. Gaffrig depth sonar gauge. Model GL600TR.
6. Tank Tender.
7. Standard VHF Radio
8. Momo steering wheel
9. 4 on-off Apollo valves with fittings
10. Complete set of rocker switches (military grade, stainless)
11. Gaffrig trim tab indicators for triple engine set up.
12. Aluminum panels for custom engraving (console).
13. 4 4X9 sheets of Thermalite coring material for floor. Enough here to complete the job.
15. All fuel and water hoses.
16. VHF antenna
17. 3 (three) Gaffrig engine hour gauges with teal bezels.

Used parts.

1. 1 set of Latham marine triple engine controls.
2. Portable livewell with bracket.
3. Cushions for whole boat.
4. Leaning post
5. Center Console
6. Rear bench seat
7. 2 bilge pumps
8. 30 amp battery charger
9. Water pump
10. Rod holders
11. 2 hydraulic trim pumps.
12. Three Taylor/Crowe batteries.
13. Radar Arch. Powder coated and reinforced.

And a few other odds and ends I'm sure I forgot.

A pretty darn complete package, minus motors and wiring harnesses of course. Reasonable offers will be considered. Obviously a lot of work is still required to put her all back together and in my opinion will definitely be worth somebody's while. This hull will last a LONG time as it's seen little use and is in like new condition. And last but not least, it's a one-off. You couldn't get another one if you tried.

Dreamer, the fact that you don't think mine and other Apaches are fairly priced is an opinion you're trying awfully hard to convince everybody of. I wonder why? I don't see the point in taking the time to try and convince everyone these boats aren't worth anything anymore, unless your goal is to get the prices down to where you can afford one. Maybe that's what you're up to. Touche`

Anyway, thanks for your support!!

...I guess then the Apache' owners would have to conspire to all launch at the same time...the spray would look like a mushroom vapor cloud...
