Default Boat Lift suggestions

Well I am less than 3 weeks away from closing on a condo at LOTO. No more towing the boat to the state park and packing 3 months worth of stuff for a 4 day trip.
Anyway, If the 312 Stinger does not sell, I am going to need a bigger lift. Do I need an 8000 # or 10000#? Poly or Galvanized?

Any suggestion greatly appreciated.

Poly all the way. Without knowing your boat weight, get the largest lift. For the next boat of course.
