Hey Gino,
I assume the fine is for passing the pace boat during the run thru the mangroves and such. After the stop in Sunshine Key it is 45 miles of OPEN OCEAN to Key West. The Big Dogs eat and the little dogs paddle.
Game On !!
We plan to fly the new Fountain most of the way, and with the seas that seems likely.
We go Thursday.
