Rob....Fred and I did a ton of investigating and found this guys info on a missisauga motorcycle forum...I called my father and spoke with him about the situation...there were plenty of facts that were passed from Fred and myself to my father who passed them on to you....only at that point did you start your own investigation.....WHO CARES WHO DISCOVERED HIM.....fact of the matter is that Gino needs his money back

Well I guess my creditentials would be in the fact that Scott used MY PICTURE, as I indicated in the post previous to my last "long winded" post :rolleyes: .

I guess I take it personally and get long winded when someone uses my picture to further their personal agenda which includes deceit, conning, betrayal and theft to yet again another group of people....

So if that isn't good enough in the creds department, sorry...but really my only 2 concerns right now are the Res Dogs, who have been dragged into another scummy situation involving Scott...these people have been through enough and don't deserve to have to relive another Scotty drama or deal with more of this ****....and myself...as he is using my image to further his own agenda and scam...

I agree Heath, and thats my point, until the end of last week I had NO idea that he had taken anyones money. first I saw of it was a thread on here...thats my whole point. your father can verify how many times I called him to let him know of new leads once I found out. But some are trying to hold me responsible for someone elses lies. saying I vouched for him, I did NO such thing. I have never said i met him or told anyone to do business with him. What I did say and even in the plane thread, was bring it on IF ANYONE HAS PROOF...WE SIMPLY JUST CANT START BASHING PEOPLE WITHOUT FACTS!

I am not sorry that I posted on the accident thread. It is who I am.

I am sorry that this guy was a scamming POS. But we already knew that they were out there.

One of the beauties of this forum is that the active members ARE for real. We will continue to sniff out the fakes. We will continue to support each other.

Guys like this are akin to terrorists. They make us question our beliefs and practices. They make us fight amongst ourselves.

Completely understood. Scotty is a waste of skin and has no moral borders for who, what, and how people are dragged into his self serving, ignorant, ethically vacant excuse for a life.

I also don't think the true members need to get into a mudslinging fight. I don't recall Rob telling anyone to send BS money, and I've also had nothing but good dealings with Fred. I have to give Rob the credit for exposing this turd, and I don't think he did it to be a hero. I think he was trying to right a wrong that he in some way felt responsible for. Let's face it, we're all grownups here, and it's our own responsibility to be sure who we have financial dealings with. For instance, Fred has shipped me parts just on my word I would pay for them, and I'm sure the check and the goods passed each other in transit. Don't let one scumbag tear the whole Oso community apart.

Let's quit trying to fix the blame, and concentrate on fixing the problem.

Now Fred I am not a member of SBRT nor will I ever be for that matter but I feel the need to say something. I almost feel more disrespected by you personally then I do by BigScotty for the fact BS never took from me but you are taking away the hard work others and myself have done this week. Who are you to post a thread about someone being a fake without having any facts? That just sounds like a personal attack to me and in that case people will defend a personal attack if you cannot back up your claim without any facts. At least we decided to wait to post until we had 100% facts even a picture to call someone out so that there was no doubt and it did not just sound like a personal attack or more finger pointing. You know what did you do in this to prove he was a fake?.........NOTHING....What did you do to help get the money back?.........NOTHING.............except you did make money off of this. Exactly. There never was an accident in Buff. (as you all know now). You took alot of heat Fred for pointing out the obvious. It amazes me how people are so willing to attach loyalty to an individual they have never met, simply speaking over the phone.
I agree with Fred. Too many people want add legitimacy to an individual that portrays himself as famous/wealthy/exciting, whatever the flavor of the week is. Just another poser...

Rasta I found the fuzzy-riders thing simply by searching [email protected] in google almost a week ago....He was talked to alot on that site and a ton of the resivoir dogs talked to him on there as well.....I also emailed one of the members....sounds like you are the one trying to be a HERO here when in fact most of this info was passed along to you.....but this whole topic is getting way off subject...the guy was a fake and everyone is entitled to their own opinion....but for some odd reason when you state your opinion on OSO then all of the sudden you have no credibility, your business is bad, and you are a bad person....why is that????

I have no idea what you are saying and i am not claiming to find the sight but seems to me you did not get anywhere? and if you did why did you not say anything? who did you talk to? they were just informed of this last night...the pic of rach yes that is the girl who I am talking to had no idea scott was posting her picture on here do you want to say that was you to? Did you lead them to OSO? ok then...well let me put it to you like this, boy. I have never been to trick marine..never will...but many people have posted on here about there bad dealing with trick marine and many people have backed him up...sound familiar? So to someone like me who has never met fred or been to trick marine I could say this guy is a joke...because of what I have seen posted...if I was going to spend thousands I would definatly ask around about him before I spent the money...(so way to find out the facts and not let everyone know) I guess you are the unsung hero! This whole situation was crazy from the very beginning, let me assure you guys we questioned him from the very beginning. he did a very good job of getting into our daily lives. he called me rob and mahser everyday a few times a day... like i have said in many of my posts, my oso friends are my first and last phone calls of the day.. SBRT is not about drugs nor is it about anything else but us... we have grown to become very close friends and care for one another very much... we help each other in every way, we deal with each other in business, or do what we can to point each other in the right direction.. we are not perfect nor do we pretend to be.. we are a group of guys that do exactly what this web site perpetuates.. we gather to go to your run, we spend money in your town, eating, drinking, playing.. after we break our toys we buy off advertiser of this site, and have either someone from this site fix it we have a friend off this site help us fix it...this site have become a very big part of many of our lives, we have met great people and have been to many new places with these new people.. i for one am not going to change my life because of what scott did, i will continue with what we started.. having fun and meeting great people..

i would really ask that rob and fred call and talk this out on the phone, and not on the board.. the going back and forth is foolish and will get either of you two anywhere but looking foolish.. both have valid points, but im not sure if fred really understands how well scotty got into our lives... i myself have talked to fred hours on end about gauges he knew i would have to get from tres when he finally did the work.. i have never met fred but he has gone out of his way for me a few times.. rob is one of my buddies that i have met and would have no problem going to bat for him if i had to...

scott did get into our daily lives, and he did a good job of it. he did it in a way that is not unusual. he told us about his leer jet, his cars , his boat, and to be honest all those lies are not unusual. i have a few friends with jets, i have a lot of friends with nice cars, and most of my friends have nice boats... so he got in with that and got into our personal lives called many of us everyday and did it with sincerity.. scotty can go to hel, and im going to do anything i can to help gino get his money back.... thats the only thing i care about right now...

I was also as we had this happen in the past but I figured the way that it came through was slightly mroe believable..... When he said she had a spine issue I even offered to get my wife involved as she has a lot of connections in that field. What a dick to waiste all of our time!

Pretty funny how you always seem to know it all...I never even talked to big scotty or asked for a ride on his jet...I have no idea who Marc is and the first time I talked to Rob was yesterday...I had my uncle look in to his his name is Micheal Intravia...go ahead and google that....find out who he is....he is out of St.Louis..I contacted all these bike members on my own you can ask them yourself...hey if you and your boys just want to come on here and start chit then start your own thread on how you were taking care of the situation....you were getting nowhere and doing nothing...as far as you making money your last comment to Scotty was I am taking care of it :rolleyes: I am sure you did :rolleyes:
