I thought he got life for RICO violations. So even if the murder was tosseed he should still be in for life.
Plus the botched helicopter ride did not help.

I think it has always been the perception you were safe from the mob unless you got involved but with the drug cartel alot of innocents were cannon fodder.

I watched the DVD. I thought it was poorly put together. Kind've jumped around. And I didn't really see any "facts" come to life.
I thought the City Confidential on A&E was far better in content and production value.

I saw a bunch of opinions. I also know for a fact the guy that did the documentary personally feels Kramer is innocent (agenda? Just a bit. He's looking into doing a documentary on Kramer too). I heard Kramer give some reason for pleading no contest was that he didn't want to sit in the local jail because he wasn't being treated well...WTF EVER! Yea, I'd plead guilty to murder because I didn't like the jail I was in:rolleyes: If he loved Arronow so much, like he claimed in the video, why did he put the money up to defend the guy that killed him!?

There was no mention of the case being over turned. Where is that info located? What were the reasons for it being over turned? And if you questioned his innocents when he was found guilty, how can you not question his guilt if the case was over turned?

He's currently sitting where he deserves to be. He's a criminal.
