Getting ready to buy

I am starting to look at something to buy for next summer, I am thinking of a 34 cheetah, there are a few for sale, should I get one of these or something else.

huge,
I looked @ 2002? 34 Cheetah @ Lighting bay last year, the guy said it would do 90+mph with 500 EFIs! It was a poker run edition.
The cockpiut was all stand-up bolsters, 2 upfront and 3 in place of the rear bench. HQ didn't like it.

And I will say the cockpit is a little small, even for me.
I hear that they are the best handling of all the Hustlers.
The 388 is still one of my DREAM boats! :drink:
Good luck,
Dean

I think it's measured at 27' bottom. Swimstep makes it 29'.

Re: Getting ready to buy

Got a brand new 30' Activator for sale with a Mercury 525 package and another one that is being rigged as we speak that doesnt have a motor packaged picked out yet! I think you should definitly get in touch with Activator Boats!! The New 30' handles like a 38 Top Gun in the rough water and if you dont believe me call them, and they will take you for a ride!! The first one ran 112+ with a single 950hp blower motor with a bravo drive and an imco 2inch shorty.... How can you beat that? Plus its around the same price as the Cheetah that is on Boat Trader!!

been in and rode in pretty fast but dont ride like my fountain.
did u ride in both??,,
my buddy has a 34 and it is nice boat, no doubt!!! but its loud feels light and tinny feeling, for the money they bring i think u get alot more boat in a 35 fountain for instance...
also i thnk he is selling his, nice freshwater boat 500's runs low nineties. pretty sure hs is gonna get a 388.

compare

i have a 344 boat runs 105.....runs extremely well in the rough....7200 pounds...and i have a 135 gallon gas tank.....HUGETIME...that boat on boat trader does not have stand up bolsters in the back...and you would need to put a wind screen on ...those plexy pieces r no good

This is the boat you need.... it will handle the rough water better then any boats close to its size and will run faster than any boat its size with some power!!
