The 39 w/ 525's will run 96-98 on 87 octane The 600's will run about 6-8 mph better.

That's just amazing. Remember back about 15 yrs ago? The power it took to reach 90 mph? And if you had a V-bottom that ran over 100, you were the $hits.

Techonlogy has advanced not only with boat builders and the hulls, but props have evolved, engines have better weight to hp ratio's, drives are more efficient through water. It is scary to think what kind of potential is still out there.
