I know there's a couple Condos for sale at Sunrise Ridge. Lake rd 5-35, 7MM. I think they were asking around 145.

Question Re: Looking for lakefront condo or home at LOTO

I had a 71 16' Donzi back in the 70's....just bought my 1st 27' Magnum...have never been to LOTO..and would like to know where it is and more about it. Sounds like a great place and have seen the name come up a lot. A map would be great. Thanks, Tony

Heres your link!

I was just researching purchasing a house at LOTO. There has been an average 5% appreciation in property value.
