Well, it's Sunday night and " White Lightning" is on her trailer behind Travis Reed's truck heading North up the Turnpike. We had it out yesterday in some nasty seas and she did everything right.

Sorry about all the noise LS Jr. That was me adjusting the idle mixtures on the starboard engines' carbs.

sorry ls jr. We were making some final adjustments. My apologies again from Cozzi and I, funny I thought most people loved the sound of 1000+ horspower motors,especially fellow powerboaters. Sorry for 3rd time.

The guys at the Aqua Toy Store in Pompano Beach did a great job on "White Lightning" and they deserve some accolades. Harold Marvin, Mike Campbell and Dave the mechanic all combined to insure that a small punch list of things were taken care of for Travis.

We took her out on Saturday afternoon when nobody else was out there. We had East winds 15-20 MPH blowing for days, so you know how snotty the waves were. Travis and Michelle got a little taste of how nasty the Atlantic can be. There's a ride they won't forget right away. The boat was up for anything I could ask it to do. She probably will do well in LOTO.

I've been seeing "White Lightning" tucked away in the Summit :cool: Awsome looking boat in person. I'll probably drive by again Saturday. I just brought "OBNOXUS" to Lee's Summit last weekend. I'm out there about every other day working on it. I'm in a wharehouse right off 50 and 291S if you wanna stop by one day for a beer and talk shop :drink:

I bet if you wanted, you could put in there for a couple weeks and a little $, until the warehouse gets rented out again :rolleyes: Man would that be a good looking site :evilb:

I was thinking about going for a bit tonight, but I don't think that's going to happen :( I'll be out by 4:30 at the latest tomorrow. I have only a window of 2-4 weeks to mess around while it's in that warehouse :eek:

Good looking boat.The price you stated was when she is complete again,if my buddy and I understood you correctly? call me and will get those imperfections and where that guy hit you taken care of. Also did your motor guy come through? If not I can help you their also. Have some base motors or can fix what you have.

Thanks Travis! Nice meeting BTW. I'll be out tomorrow for awhile. Going to pull the bolsters and rear bench. Mine as well take advantage of that car wash there :rolleyes: I will call you tomorrow about getting those scratches fixed. Ed, season is right around the corner. make sure you invest in some good mufflers, heard this season will be more restricted by sound violations than last year 90 decibels j-2005 reg's. .

I know the place,great spot. What is the charity? We will be thier and run respectable,no sense in a mechanical failure or getting someone hurt,not that we won't turn it loose for a little bit. We will be there. 43 Black Thunder flat deck with the engine scoops. The boat is white with blue, yellow and red swoops.

We are running 502 that are whippled.

If you meant the Hurrican Deck bridge you are right, We hit a log and lost the lower unit. We bent the prop shaft 1/4 turn and sheared off the vertical shaft.

Luckily we live on the 31mm so it was not that bad of a limp home.

We will be looking to un-winterize soon so let us know when your boat hits the water.

If you wait till May to make noise and do not put it in their face,I have always been fine to include other people I know also. what your thoughts?

hey trav. did you decide what you wanted to do? 12s or 15s? Just searching around for the best prices and wanted to know what you wanted to do. If you want my opinion, I think we can make 12s sound alot better in a boat than we can 15s, just from me experience. I have 1, 12 in my boat like we talked about puttin in yours and it beats the **** out of it. 15s make alot of noise but they take alot more power and room in a box. I would go with 2 12s to start with and see what you think,we can always add more. you can run 1000 watts a piece to them if you want. I blew the back windows out of my suv with 2 of the same speakers!!! Let me know what you want to do asap!!! I want to get the ball rolling on this deal.
