Have known Cobra Power, C & G originally, for many years down here and have always heard their HP ratings are very accurate.
In the mid-90s, when Paul Fiore was with Hustler, they rigged many with Randy's engines and Paul told me he was very impressed with the performance, so he felt the HP ratings were right on.

sorry they were not dynoed by cobra

the 1021 hp was at 6000 rpm showing 7 psi
the 1050 torque was at 4000 rpm showing 4 psi

they were dynoed by a very reputable and talented engine guru

Why sell the blowers? Big cubes and low boost makes a powerful and reliable combo. If you want less maintanence, go to a mild hyd roller valvetrain.

I had C&G blower motors in both of my Apaches, and Tom Earhart said they dynoed right at what Randy claimed when rebuilt to Randy's original specs.
