You can try this. It has 6ft of headroom in the galley area but gets a little shorter as you go forward to the v-berth. Lots of storage area too.

A buddy of mine has a 36' Baja that was just completely gone through recently and is all white, 500's, not sure about the headroom, but he keeps all his stuff in pristine shape
