A 45 foot Sonic with triple 500s should be close to meeting all requirements I'd think.

Talk to boat owners who run Florida offshore poker runs to the Bahamas about his choice of boat.

Check the ads here, there is a Sonic 42 and 45 that should fit the bill.

You can try this. It has 6ft of headroom in the galley area but gets a little shorter as you go forward to the v-berth. Lots of storage area too.

How about a 99 38' Powerquest with 5'10"headroom 525sc's, boxes, micro, tv, fridge, sorry no gen, that runs just under 80 mph for that money.

A buddy of mine has a 36' Baja that was just completely gone through recently and is all white, 500's, not sure about the headroom, but he keeps all his stuff in pristine shape $89k

I dont know what kind of chit it is that you guys are smoking ,,, but ,,, I want some of it !! 525efi ,, 85mph ,, coffee maker and 6" of head room,,,, forgetaboudit!! Good luck with your search anyway!! Oh yeah all this for $120K or less
