Yes my 353 with 600's has SC,no choice with 600's. Personally I hate it. My boat, and every boat we have sold with SC has had some weird issues, some are easy to fix, some are a real b***h. Just not worth it to me. Good old Livorsi gauges are problem free. Why do I need the monitor to show the props moving up when I trim,I've got mechanical trim indicators?.Why do I need it to tell me I put one engine in gear at too high a speed,I know that. SC wants to tell me all kinds of things that I don't really want to know. I really don't like to sell a boat with SC, i guess I'm of the old school idea,"If it ain't broke, don't fix it" theme.I I understand that today's buyer wants all the info he can get at his fingertips. I appreciate that, but our technicians have more important things to worry about than the SC monitor throwing a code when nothing is really wrong. Call me old fashioned, and I know I am in the minority here, just my 2 cents.

On my 525 I ran just the round 1000 monitor and went with traditional guages and indicators. Just my preferance....even after a full Merc demo of the 5000 Raceview features...
