I'd *love* a 37' with side by side bolsters, Millenium cabin, and 525's matched with the Merc ITS. Graphics like the red 28' I've been drooling over on the AT site.

Stick it on a Myco and I'll be down with my life savings of $2.37 to pick it up once the snow melts!

Actually, I figured AT was building boats, but I had read somewhere (here maybe) that AT was no longer associated with Chief. This stuff is awfully hard to keep straight.....

I am suprised he didn't post an answer to the question as they are said to be in partnership with Cheif. Something doesn't seem right.

OK.....I heard through the " RUMOR MILL" and I stress RUMOR MILL.....that CHIEF was done and everything will be ACTIVE THUNDER........again........so before anyone goes nutso.......just info passed on third party. I would also assume that CHIEF reps would have responded directly to this thread with accurate information on the company by now.

There is no merger between Active Thunder and Chief. It was and is a marketing marriage. Plain and simple: If you want a 28/33/37/42/47 (47 still under development) foot boat built with a quality hull and some Bobby Saccenti influence and craftsmanship; you get ahold of Bobby & Chief Powerboats.

Pat/AT still builds/sells/markets 28/33/37 foot boats just like always.

So, what is a 42' Chief worth with it being a one-off and maybe no company behind it? Tough to sell.
