If you had giant $$$ like 500 Mil or so, it could make for a good time, that's for sure!
I'd build a huge boat house like the one Wickedwon has.
A good size building for the toys @ 150' x 300'
some kind of railway system to get the boat from the shop to the water.
And a huge Live Steam railroad, like an old amusement train, that would run all around my town ...I'll run the show
