I have nothing negative to say about Danny Weinstein. Whenever I did a survey at his factory or met him at a boat show, he has always been most accommodating and helpful as were his employees. His boats have always been first-rate and to this day continue to hold their value and appeal on the used market.
Wherever he is and whatever he is doing I wish him only the best.

I wonder who will have the Powerplay space at the show this year. He was always at the same location in the Hall since I have been going in '94.
They were even there last year even with all their problems going on.
Always loved the boats except for the freeboard and like enjoyed being around Danny and the other employees.

I think Midnight xpress, but I could be wrong. I'll be at the show in an hour.

Tom@Midnight did'nt necessarily buy half the PP molds & the PP Marine Corporation name rights to build more PP's. He was much more interested in accessing PP's inside booth space, which is much more valuable. Not to mention it was already partially paid for. Attaining inside display space has always been on a point system. Every year that an exhibitor attends, there are points accrued. If the exhibitor is there enough years & gathers enough qualifying points to earn space inside, he gets in. But, this can only happen if an inside exhibitor relinquishes his or her space. This process can take many, many years. How much political or monetary influence you might have, does'nt matter. Fart Smeller, Huh?

WOW, a couple of postive comments about Dan. Good to see. Thought I was the only one who had goods things to say about him and had gotten tired of all the bashing. I had a totally positive experience dealing with him. I bought a 28 from him, was delivered on time, at the price agreed on, and was a top quality piece. The experience couldn't have been better. I wish him good luck and success in the future.

Good to know, everyone jumps on the negative bandwagon very quickly, but somehow he managed to build some of the best offshores for many years!! Couldn't have happened if he all the negative B.S. were true.
