Been in sales for over 20 yrs...alot of this cant get rid of something, sits forever, not even a glance....then you have customers fighting over it.

Human behavior and the location of planets to stars

I bet the 2nd buyer wouldn't feel bad if he decided that he changed his mind - not to purchase - and left you hanging after you blew off 1st buyer.

Take a break, there will always be more boats to buy later on.

I looked at Jodys boat last year it was one bad MF. I would have bought it but I didn't want to take it to far out of it's environmant . The new owner should be thrilled to death with it thats one hell of a boat ! Congrads to the new owner they don't make them like that anymore.

Congratulations... I guess???

Jody-
I've been hung out too many times to even think of protecting someone's interest on a deal. The golden rule "Money talks, Bull$hit walks" should be repeated loudly and often when selling something, especially when a large sum is at stake.
