I inquired about this boat, but my timing was not right, so I took the photos the owner sent me, and w/ his permission, posted it here... hoping it would find a good home. Looks like it did. Glad it worked out for the both of you.

Sure!!! Go ahead!! When we were up there last week doing the deal, I mentioned that I saw it on Offshoreonly and he said that he had talked to a guy that said he was going to post the pic.'s, that must have been you!!
Thanks!! I'll keep you posted about when and where we plan on racing it, and you'll have to come to a race or something!!!

Remember seeing Wave Hippie getting dialed in few times in late 80's ? May have some pics.. Forgot the guys names - think Doug Popma was one who now has the OL "Maverick". We were in Scarab then and they chased us down real good. Lots of good history there. Boat looks beautiful. Back then they were advertised as 80 for 80 - 80mph for 80k.
Think I remember another 28 back then called Tadpole - same paint as the Tadpole 41 Banshee - chased down P-29 Scarab easily ... Congratulations FunHome and Enjoy.
