I would vote for a 31 Bullet if you are looking to restore or a 32 Sunsation if you are looking to ride. Sunsation has the best customer service in the industry (check on oso and you will see no one will argue that!). You can call and speak to the owners of the company, ask about a boat they made 5 years ago, they will pull the file and tell you about the boat! They are pretty fast with average power and I have had mine for 13 months now and love it. I would definitely buy another boat from these guys.
