Hello there and thanks for your interest.

The boat is in excellent condition as you can see from the pictures.
No scratches or any kind of damage.
This is a one owner boat and it has a clear title.
The boat will be shipped from Europe, on my expense and will be delivered
directly to your door in 5-6 days.
I will pay the shipping fees. The boat will be insured at the shipping company
for the transport.
All documents, including owner's manual, clear title and a bill of sale on
your name will be provided along with the boat.

The transaction will be made under eBay's buyer protection plan for our own
safety.
Your funds will be 100% insured by Ebay who will hold your payment until
you receive and test the boat
You will have 15 days from the time you receive the boat to inspect it and
decide if you want to keep it or not.

If you are interested in buying it please provide me your full name and address
so I can initiate the deal through Ebay.

I'm a serious seller and a fair trader and I prefer to deal only with a serious
buyer.

I look forward to hearing from you.

It would be good to open a second account on ebay, hit the buy it now and post a negative feedback stating that he is a thief. Anyone buying something like this without any type of authenticity deserves to get ripped off.

I reported the fraud to Ebay yesterday with the proof of it coming from my origianl ad. It's still listed on Ebay right now. I have no idea why they haven't removed it. You can't talk to anyone at Ebay.

looks like he cleaned up the "bike" issue in his reply.....the dirt bag.
i, too, looked to see what to do to report it as fraud. what a joke, i couldnt find a good contact to get eBay, and even the instructions to report fraud are pretty confusing...

even for a dummy like me that should be the easiest thing to do!!
