I was told that swim platforms and rubber flappers do not meet VA laws under baffling device.

I am pretty sure they do, I have pulled over a few times for my exhaust, and each time they checked to see if I had the flappers, and said I was in compliance?? This was all on SML? Maybe they different law enforcement officers are interpreting the law differently? I will try and post the actualy VA law.

OH here is the article in the Roanoke Times today about all the boating laws being proposed and who is proposing them, I think it sucks that some of the officials who want new laws are not even close to the water.

Boy Will, you can't catch a break,
Speed noise laws up north in Va, and Manatee Zones down south in Fl..
At least you have the Gulf of Mexico to run HARD, FAST and LOUD and PROUD in!
Good luck guys,
Dean
