If the boat was stolen they should all share a felony rap.

Because if it was you or I, they would. Hefty fines, too, it's manatee food.

+1 What if they were terrorists, not immigrants? It's ridiculous how many make it here, seems like every week practically. They need to do a better job somehow tracking this.

So your saying that the boats are stolen from somewhere here in the United States (Up the coast)?? From somewhere in Florida??? What they steal the boat, fill it with fuel, run 90 miles to cuba to a predertermined location where they pick up their cousin (and a dozen of his friends) and a drum of fuel, then head back to the US and if they make it to dry land, then they are "home free"

Man, it sounds too easy!!! I bet they have to grab and go in cuba. I bet a Fountain like that sticks out like a sore thumb down there!!!

I would think they would need to take fuel down with them too. It's 90 miles from key west, not miami, so either they're stopping somewhere in the keys to fuel up or they're making the run with the extra petrol.

210 gal fuel capacity. About 70 mph with stock power, maybe more depending on year. Largest cockpit of the Fountain sport boats except maybe the 47 Lightning.

I am sure the cabin looked like one of those fisher-price toys we had as kids that looked like a bubble on wheels that was pushed and made popping sounds.
