Last Tuesday 6 Cubans ran aground here in Marathon, people down the road let them come in and gave them dry clothing, then Immigration showed up.

good point razor, I haven't seen him since Saturday night and he was trashed....maybe took a wrong turn out of the Cut Sunday and ended up in Havana.....hmmmmm....were the immigrants all beautiful young cuban dancers?????????

It doesn't sound like they were being chased when they got to the coast, so why not pull into a marina, or at least somewhere they could get out into DRY LAND? since the law says if they reach dry land then they a here for good.......

rumors are the boat ran in the 60's light on fuel 2 people so I would guess they werent being chased....
