Well 42MTI,,, ya just confirmed what I said ,,,, I have no info what so ever ,,, I had no (inside info) and prior to my post , I said nothing 
Now out of the clear blue sky, you have all of the info Why did you not post this sooner? I guess my post made its point,,, all I am saying is there is no need for the I know more than you do posting that is on this site ,,, If you were told something in confidentiality ,,,, then keep it quiet,, thats all ,, and if you look at my post again ,,, I was making joke of the situation ,, when I said my Merc Guy!!! ,,,,shucks , I dont even know anyone who works for Merc,, not even a parts guy !!!!
