Chuck:

I've talked to a lot of people since Miami. Are you the guy that just bought the 36 Nortech with almost new 525s and #6 drives?

No, I only spoke to Mindi. My boat is a 525 boat with #5's. The boat was new last season and only has about 30 hours on it.

I have recently purchased the rtech system for my 525efi. Just got the engine back from being dynoed and am in the process of putting the boat back together so will not have any speed numbers for a few more weeks. I must say the system layed down some pretty impressive numbers on the dyno though! As far as pros and cons at this point I am comfortable in saying that anyone interested in this system will find working with the guys at rtech to be a very pleasurable experience.

I do not have one of their systems ( mine is mostly procharger) but i have talked to tom several times and his knowledge of this type of systems is far beyond anyone else i have delt with!! The problem with vortech/procharger setups is not the blowers its the stuff around them.. this is where tom and rtech really shine they take a product and make it so much better!!! you can get a off the shelf system from procharger or vortech and you get a bunch of parts thrown together.. or you get a system from them that has had a ton of research in our hobbie not drag racing... but you do have to pay a price for this... and i think its well worth it... james
