Thanks, got your e-mail, I'm trying to put it back together this week and get it ready for summer. Still trying to find a decent price on a arch with a bimini. Hard to find in Maryland. Found a fw in Florida but they need boat to make arch.

Hey re-size your pics to 'large(r) resolution'!!! 800x600 works nicely and then when we click on it we can really see her in action

Should I change the settings on the camera it has best, better good ? I tried to change it once I saved it ( Kodak Easy Share)in the file but I did not have any luck with downloading too big of file

No leave the camera setting on the best. Just RE-size the pic before you attempt posting it.
Try this Microsoft proggy for resizing it is nice
Microsoft Image Resizer
Click link above and download the 11th file down in the right hand column ... it is FREE ... and install the proggy.
When you're finished installing all you have to do is find a picture that is too big, right click on it, and choose the 'RESIZE IMAGE' What works best is - LARGE
