You need a big "wrong" buzzer like on the game shows... :D

Should be interesting this year with Bud Select and Callan, no prediction here, just hope that everyone races hard and comes home dry! :D
We might even come up for the Shootout this year, I was kinda tricked into going, during a drunken moment! :drink:

Re: Shootout Winner Prediction

If I ever ran my boat in the shootout, a very big concern would be to make the race course safer by eliminating those dam rollers from the cruisers on the East end. Hell, they've made it idle from Glaize entrance all the way to Moorings, why not extend it to 18mm during Shootout?? Last summer during the x games at pb2 they extended no wake to party cove, so skiers won't have extra waves. How about no wake for boats running 200+????

Somebody's gonna get hurt real bad one of these days if they don't do something...

The Shootout this year should be really good. Since Rasta is gone from there, where is a good place to stay?

I've met both of these guys over the years at races and at the Shootout. Both are great guys, with exceptional team members surrounding them. While both of them are outstanding representation of offshore racing and performance boating,
ya always gotta cheer for the hometown gang. ;)
Having said that, let me add, At the speeds these teams are achieving, I'll just wish both of them the best of luck, and everyone come back to the dock safely.
