My boat is over 10 years old and I'm the 3rd owner. Bob still takes my calls on his cell phone, returns my emails and gives me advice when I ask for it.

Just this past week he gave me some very sound advice that I take it to heart. He didn't give me advice because he wanted me to spend $$$, he was actually trying to help me make the correct decision. You have to respect a guy like that!

If I had the funds to purchase this boat I would in a heart beat. I wouldn't be worried about customer support.

For what it's worth......If I were in the market for a new boat and had the coin, the new Chief would be mine!

I know Bobby and crew put their hearts and souls into this boat.

Let's get something straight, I have NEVER questioned Mr. Saccenti's product, ethics, boatbuilding process, etc.....
As I stated before, I was merely asking a question, not judging, not implying anything, just asking a question.

That's great he gives you excellent customer service! That is rare in the boating industry

I think Chief still has it. Would be nice if they could give everyone some info what is going on with them.

Great customer service is not the same as a boats market value and the stability of a manufacturer.

I think you meant to say that Powerquest is out of Business for sure. Powerplay is still up....isn't it?
