I'm still waiting on Hering cast props that were ordered last year. Forged props ($10,000+ each) can be had a little faster because there aren't so many on order. I'd recommend calling Jim personally and asking him for options. He is a great guy who may have some options for you.
DAVE-
I KNOW WE ARE NOT ALONE ON THE LIST OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT JIM AND CANT REACH HIM OR GET A CALL BACK. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS ON DIFFERENT NUMBERS TO CALL OR METHODS OF REACHING HIM?

THANKS

What are the 6 blades you have? I would like to try them if they work on my problem I'd trade.

That is a lot of prop. Are looking at Kilo runs? Why not put the taller gears in the sixes and run some 35's? Are you still running the 1:35 ratio? I changed to 1:24 and it pulls really hard. I was pleased with the performance.

I'm not sure about kilo runs. Theres this other guy building an MTI right now also with big power. I wanted to make sure he can't stay with me. I know the guy rigging his boat and I paid him off to lower the x dimension on it a couple of inches. I bought these props before I knew I was going to be able to pay off the rigger. Now I know it won't be a problem. Here is a picture of the other guys boat. Looks pretty fast!
