Thanks everyone. I'll post photos of the original race boat after Jeff at Freeze Frame sends me DVDs of some of the races, in which it ran.

Not sure what to do about graphics, but (if any) they're going to be relatively simple and clean.

Here's a photo (taken months ago) of one of the engines. The engine compartment (as was the whole boat) was totally re-rigged.

those jobs are very hard to do....nice work.....e mail the pics to gifford....he is a builder..he would probably enjoy it.

Luckily, the boat ended right-side up (you know) then Bill got on the deck and kissed the boat.

Hardly a scratch on the boat with no damage: except to Bill's ego. Bill told me that he was pissed at the throttle man for tucking the drives, dropping the tabs, and chopping the throttle: all at the same time....while Bill was steering hard. I almost forgot about the freak gust of wind that didn't help . :eek:

Bill gave Jack a plaque for building the safest race boat.

I take it you have the video from "inside" the cockpit...

They were very lucky to land right side up after that...! :eek:
