Contact your bank and dispute the charge to your bank account/credit card. Had this happen to me when using PP and my bank credited my account after I wrote them a letter explaining what happened. They inturn went after PP to recoupe thier money.

kinda late now, but he had no feedback from buyers and 1 bad payment one from sellers.

Call your local postal Inspectors. see if they can help you in anyway. Do you have the guy's mailing address?

I remember that auction, I was watching it because I too wanted a drive (just 1) The history for this person seemed sketchy with no transactions since 2004. I assumed it was a hijacked identity. Unfortunately for you it seems I was right. Get in touch with your CC Co. They should be able to help you out.

i've bought and sold a good bit on ebay..

.but that user name "TINKERBELL" selling outdrives woulda had me think twice before buying...

After all the scams uncovered by members on here the last 4 months.....you still tried it???.....shame....but you really should have known better.....your lucky it was not a big hit!!!!
