Default Python 24'

Anybody been on one of these? How do they ride? Light offshore duty?

Yeah, the orange is ugly, but she might look good in all white. Reminds me of an Avanti design.

Thanks for your comments. Dave

I have one.But i have yet to drive it.The hull is the 24'long/7' beam that was copied off of the 24 excalibur. The boat is similar to a 24 pantera, the build quality varies from year to year.Do a search on here, there are varied opinions.

They are built here in Ga.

look at Hotboat and Powerboat archives....they both did tests on it....I remember Hot Boat saying the boat ....with a lot of power, felt very dangerous at higher speeds......as I recall both mags had some good things to say about the build quality...but had issues about the narrow beam and high speed handling

In the main pic, check the guy trying to duck out of the picture, and not quite making it.......

Python also sold 18' Donzi splashes and called them Vypers. There were some lawsuits.....Molds ended up on Ebay a while back...

they used to have a website www.pythonboats.com , but the domain name is for sale these days.......

Seems like a smoking deal to me...Loving this old-school look.
If that were a Pantera 24 it'd be another $10k easy.
