Dry Stack info ....
#3
The local marina was bought out a couple of months ago they are now selling the dry stack spaces as condo slips for boats. Current asking price is $100,000 to $150,000 plus maintance fees. In water slips are $150,000 to $250,000. Good money if they can get it. If you are interested in getting into this I have a friend (wisconsin) that has racking and a forklift I think he wants to sell.

get a good forklift, set up the bunks for step bottoms and traditional V's, allow for cats to stack, make sure you have good padding on the forklift arms and replace when they start to show wear. Have long hours of service for the late strollers, trailer storage rack as well, lots of lighting inside, a couple of out side racks for washing, more than 2 drop in bays in the water, a nice launch ramp as well, and a cradle lift.
