Default Oil Cooler

I just found a leak in my oil cooler on my mercruiser 454 7.4l, Do you think a radiator shop could repair it? If not what are my options on a low cost replacement.

Why chanch it over 200$,I'd just buy a new one,if you get water in your motor while underway and lose the motor it will cost FAR more,Smitty
