Hey Bob, winters almost over at home :) I was thinking of cutting the shrink wrap of my cat in the next week or two. You're gonna have to give up Fla. and head on back soon. The lakes might even soften up a little by then :)

rockstrmkr, I can understand why you started this thread- after my second ride on Predator a couple of weeks ago I was so 'inspired' that I almost did the same thing. :D Rather difficult to remain unemotional after a spin on that bad boy. :p For me, a little pixel pushing helped.

Hey Sean, haven't chatted with you in a while. As you can understand I'm not in any hurry to bring the boat back north.
Think I'll wait till first of June this year. Let it warm up a bit. We have had best winter ever down south. Flew back north today to see what everyone is complaining about and it's a nice day up here today !! :D Take care.

Yes, Dawn - I still owe you. What is it looking like - will your ride be North or South? If you can't do Sarasota with us there is still Ft Meyers coming up in May. I'll ditch Jenn that weekend. LOL :evilb: Oh, yes I forgot - you get to bring a friend !! :D It's all good.

I think you missed the mildest winter on record this year Bob. It started in feb and ended in March :( We could have gone boating in the Muskokas in january because the lakes were still "soft". Look forward to seeing you and chattin over a cold one or two.

The Predator is one of my all-time favs and I look for it at all the poker runs in Ontario. I love the way it looks, sounds and rides! I'm from the Midland-Penetang area, and I can't wait to see it again on Geogian Bay! :D

:D I think its gonna have to be North ...The April 1st date is comin up quickly and I go to Charlotte in May ... Ill just have to show you off to my friends on Lake Erie .. oops! I mean the boat of course ...show the boat off to my friends at Lake Erie :drink:

Lake Erie is good and I look forward to meeting the OSO's over there. A bonus for me will be a couple days at Put in Bay. Had an absolute blast and made some new friends there last year. :D

Thank you. I'm blushing !! Geo Bay is my favourite summertime location. Love ripping down into Penetang Bay, the 30,000 Islands and best anchorage and party spot is Beckwith Island. Say hello at Geo Bay Poker Run in July. :D

I have to agree, Beckwith is the place to be! I live just outside of Penetang Bay, so I've definitely seen you rocket by throwing some nice rooster tails :cool: I believe the Run has been moved to the end of August right around the 1000 islands run. Regardless, I'll look for your boat this summer and introduce myself!

I remember you were blown away with the quad setup in Masquerade. Larry is an interesting guy. Right now he and Susan are touring around Africa. We are getting together when he gets back.
I miss the Milwaukee run. It was moved there from Cleveland now it's Chicago. Maybe I'll do that one this summer. :D

Bobthebuilder, how are you? missed you in Isle Marada at the end of February, lots of fun. Larry was there with George M. Better make sure the boat is back for Raymonds run he is having it June 10th, i am in for sure, signed up for Orillia as well and going to probably do Rice Lake, heard it was just a fun party weekend. Not going to do Georgian Bay but will be at the cottage for sure and follow from the sidelines, i'm not fast enough for that one and dont want to beat the boat up if water gets ugly. Hope to see you soon.

BobB, I had my mom and step dad cruising the river and both you were tied up. As we glided by, I asked if he had 2 or 3 motors. He held up 4 fingers. :eek:

Hi Jay,

I think the last time we chatted it was at " TEN " in Port Credit. Great spot. I will do Raymond's run, Orillia and the Bay for sure. The numbers on the Georgian Bay run seem to drop by a few each year and wish they could get it back to where it used to be. I remember in the early 90's there would be 100+ boats out of Thornbury and they would send half of them north up to Tobermory and the other half would go east to Penetang/ Midland. Of coarse you would be too young to remember that !! LOL See you soon. :D

Ok, since you asked. I will post a few more after dinner this evening. She really is sweet. Jenn is a model that FPC brought along on the Key West run on the weekend for a photo shoot. We had the pleasure of having Stu, Jenn and the camera guy along when we went out to Boca Grand for a beach party Sat. :D

Bob awesome boat,I have a 04 50v with 50 hourswith triple 850's runs 104 in perfect conditions, do you have any idea what power the boat would run with 1000's or what it would take to get it to 120mph, just curious
