I have a rockford punch 500 amp, 4-5 yrs old, that worked when i took it out of my car, but now i cant seem to get it to work, where if any is the fuse on these amps, or what else could it be, i unhooked my buddies operating amp, and plugged this one in, still nothing, whats the problem?

Ground is good, other things work off the set up, the power wire has a fuse which is also good, however i cannot find the fuse on the amp, its not just out in the open, and its not under the cover

Does the lead for the remote turn-on have power? Perhaps there isn't any power going from the head unit to the amp? As others have mentioned, make sure you check the fuses. If you don't have an inline fuse close to the battery on the positive side, you need to. Ground needs to be very good as well or it will not work. I'm not overly familiar with Rockford Fosgate
