Hey Scranton was a great place to party if you didn't fall into a mine. Grew up about 5 miles from there in Clarks Summit.

It depends on where you live. I have no traffic in my town to speak of, yet I'm only 35 minutes to Orlando, and 30 minutes to Daytona.

I have got to get out of here the traffic sucks, i spend a half hour every time i leave our development just to get to a road that i can travel east and west on,and than another half hour to go 2 miles east or west.I miss this town when it was slow.

Cuda will tell you, but I can somewhat speak for it, my parents live like 15 minutes from Cuda and I lived there for a number of years. It's one of the nicer, quieter areas of Florida, and prices are still very much on the reasonable end of the spectrum. I really like the whole Deland/Deltona area.

I don't know what they are going for now, but I'm sure they are still reasonable compared to the rest of the state. The average real estate has gone up 26% here in Volusia County since I moved here. I refied my house for $50k more than I paid for it in just over a year.
