insurance is the main reason i sold our Eliminator cat years ago!
I just got our home owners insurance renewal, and it went up $500 this year!

JUST SAY NO TO OVERPRICED INS.
although 7900 actually doesnt seem that bad for a Cat. get an umbrella policy to cover liability and insure for theft on another policy if need be.
