Havasu Trip

Great trip, started out a little chilly. Ended up with good weather. Not nearly as crowded as usual. I'll post more pics later.

The season has not really started yet. My snow bird renters leave this weekend and you will see the crowds coming in the next month. This time of year is mostly spring breakers not boaters.

I was there for my two daughter's spring breaks. I would have preferred another month later but we still had a good time. We all had a great time.

1929 miles, one way. Towed with no problems there. Lost the cockpit cover coming home in New Mexico. Slalvaged everything except one pole. Semi took care of that. Got lucky, no damage to the cover :D It was worth the drive.

Not sure who's it was, but he was a there with his girlfriend. They were also in Copper Canyon for a day. Real clean boat.

I'm glad I brought the girls. They really enjoyed Havasu and had fun watching everyone. They liked Copper Canyon the most. (Can't imagine why)They met alot of people there and got phone numbers to stay in contact with later. For some reason, all these beads ended up getting thrown at our boat all day! :eek: See you on Erie this year?
