How much does Ed Cozzi charge per hour?
Fly him up to do it. No one better.
If you're buying $90-100k boat and you really feel this may be the one... don't skimp. Maybe even flyout to meet him.

I can highly recommend John Smith aka Pwrbt33 here on OSO. He can be reached at the Service extension at www.offshore-performance.com . (website appears to be down ATT) 1-410-827-0200. John posts somewhat frequently and has a wealth of HP experience.

I talked to Ed Cozzi. He seems like one of the best. I think that will costs too much to fly him there. I am trying to keep costs down though, I am getting married in September--$$$$$$$$

Sydwayz recommendation is good, John at Offshore Perf is a good guy. Art Lilly is someone else I would try.
