Should be a good summer for Konrad owners but I can't help but remember the Maytag repairman ads. That's what it'll be like for the Konrad repairman.[/QUOTE]

Yes, I was thinking that! I figure gear lube changes are the most Service we will be doing!
We are ready to go for a ride, we are first trying his P5X's, 28's that he was using, and will go from there.
Will keep you posted..

Stormrider,
My statement was a little deceptive. The Konrad DID indeed increase top end but I don't know by how much. The motor wasn't producing peak power before because the owner had it "de-tuned" so he wouldn't keep breaking drives. We tooled it back up when we installed the Konrad.

Dollar,
Keep us posted on the performance #'s. Looks like a nice install. Amazing how easy the Konrad stuff goes together!

Beautiful Ride! Of course, there is a break in period so I will not have top speed comparisons for you yet, BUT, boat performed beautiful, jumps up on plane. The biggest difference so far is that usually Trim does not have too much effect on the Sonics, but now, due to COG difference I would assume, Trim really lifts the bow and boat! We will test again tomorrow with the owner, and get his opinions since he knows his boat much better than us...

I would asume that the difference would be more the boxes then the CG's? The set up I do not recal being that much more in weight then the bravo ITS drive? Can't waite to hear what you get for performance.
