That was when Sirois was running the race team so I would assume that he was in charge of that and it was done by the Copeland race team.

Denny Hejja and others.

Gertz or however you spell it built or contracted the hull.

I think it was GOETZ . That old boat is now being turbined in NJ it will be Lightning Jacks when it gets done....

I think it was the first year Callan came to the shootout. We stayed at Parkview Place then. They came through early Sunday morning and wet down the underside of the GG bridge quite nicely.

The Goez or how ever it is spelled is in Miami getting turbines and the Aluminim Cougar is at Lighting Jack's getting turbines.

The Cougar has ASD10 dual input drive units so they merely hooked a small diesel to one shaft and the T-58 to the other.

Launch and recovery without the turbine running and the noise associated with it.

Auxiliary power if they didn't want to run the turbine.
