Having bought my first power boat a 1991 Python 24' with 502MAG back in 2001 at age 23. I talked with Jim a lot in the first month or so that I owned the boat. He was a great guy to deal with. He sent me new dash panels, wiring diagrams, you name it that I needed as I worked to make the boat look new again. I still have and run the hell out of this boat. He built some impressive machines! Sorry to hear of the loss. RIP Jim! Thoughts and prayers out to the family. I guess the first ride this year will be a tribute all out run for Jim.

I use to deliver seats to Jim in 1976 in Romulus Michigan when I was working with Mcleod Interiors at the time he was our biggest customer. RIP

I'm also looking to buy a 1989 Python Vector 24'. Did you already buy yours? How do you like it?

Jim Clark, I did not know you, but may you now rest in peace.

Jim built a new 24' with a carbed 502 for me back in 1992. It was a great little boat and a real rocket. We spent a few days down at Lake Lanier when i picked the boat up. We had a blast partying with Jim while we were there. He was quite a character. :sorry:

RIP Jim Clark, thanks for a greast boat.

Welcome to OSO.

I've got a 92 python here on OSO. I'd consider matching his price.

I enjoy my 24 python quite a bit, but I may be a bit biased being that I am trying to sell mine:D :D :D There are a couple of members with 24 pythons - hopefully they will chime in.
