That is true...18 month wait at least for an Intrepid
32' boat that weighs around 10,000 lbs.
Been in one?
Compared to other fish boats it's like comparing a bentley to your Chevy!
Just a very classy boat all around. They are so beautiful in the water.
See alot of them on weekends over on Key Biscayne.
Come on lottery ..I want one BAD!!!!

How does Everglades compare to Intreped. I know two different types of boats but I'm interested in their pilot house models. I saw something at the Miami show where they won awards the last three years, any input, Thanks Jeff

The Everglades boat company has been showered with awards for their innovative ideas and for offering many options as standard on their boats. Customers like that, good bang for the buck. The 29 pilot house is a cool boat, no question. However, their hull construction is much like a Boston Whaler with injected foam to make them "unsinkable." But I do believe a chopper gun is involved in the layup as well, which many offshore purists shriek at the though of.

Intrepid, on the other hand, will hand lay thier hulls and even use Kevlar (upon request), overall producing an exceptionally solid boat, basically the best in the CC business. It's a better boat, that's for sure, but the Everglades is impressive for what it offers too. Two very different price points, though.

Jeff, Everglades are highly reguarded well built boats. They are super expensive for there size. Everglades are more hardcore fish boats and Intrepid are more yacht like center consoles.
