Picking it up @ Shirtail Charlies in Ft. Lauderdale. If the ocean is nice we're going to head down to miami for an afternoon/night then somewhere down there for Satrday and bringing her back up on Sunday morning.

Any recommendations on places to go in S. FL?

KW,
Sorry, I haven't spent much time down in S. FL unfortunately, so I don't have any recommendations. Hopefully, some of the S. FL. OSOer's will chime in with some ideas. Best of luck on your maiden voyage! I'll pm you with Ph. #'s so we can hook up soon.

I'll be out of town the first weekend with her back but no big plans for the rest of the summer yet. Sent you my cell.

Last Year when i went to Oklahoma to buy the cig let me tell you that the seller Gary was a great host, he offered to let us stay at his lake house so when we got there we went for a ride on the boat came back he bbq some steaks had a few cold ones played some pool just had a great time almost like a mini vacation. next day we loaded up the boat he handed me a brand new Cigarette leather jacket and windbreaker. the boat came with all the fenders ropes and Cig inflatable vests.
Plus there was the full cover and cockpit cover that didn't even look used.

Then my bank had messed up and not transfered the money in the morning like they said they would so i figured we would be spending another day in Ok ( not that it would have been a bad thing) But after a few calls Gary says just take the boat i will have my money this afternoon. WTF ok and we were out of there on schedule. he did get the money that day.

Just a great guy and the boat was in amazing shape and even after i had given him a deposit he had the boat detailed for when we picked it up.

But i did send him a copy of Truckin magazine that has the pics of the boat plus a few pics of the girls on the boat from this last year.
