i think that was the Popular Mechanics boat of the future back in 1967. you could get the plans for $19.95 in the back of the magazine

I've seen better and I've seen worse, but I don't think I would use this boat if it was given to me.

No, but I know someone that is involved with the project.

From what I gather, it may be marketed as a water taxi, being as they have plans to hold 10 to 20 people in the future.

Also a Military use for the Navy Seals.

I can see it now in Atlantic Highlands, "Honey, I'm running late for work! Forget the ferry, I'm taking the Sea Phantom into NY City today!"

This just may be my next boat I may be in for the New York Poker Run.....
