Hey with the kiddie porn smuggling rumor maybe Michael Jackson might be interested in those Tigers.
The majority of the smuggling stories we see today in Florida are of the immigrant kind. This boat would be set up nicely for that, plenty of room in a CC for people vs cabins down below.

Looks like there's a pretty good chunk out of the chine on the starboard side....you can see it in the second pic.
