Started last week, and the foundation just finished up today.
Moving along nicely. I'll have to move out to a rental in 3 weeks.
Only adding 2000sq ft.
Best news of the week.... my wife said(infront of witnesses) that I can get another boat, when the house is finished. But, as we all know, the house is never finished, and 2, she knows I'll have no money except for a 1978 whaler w/ a 70hp.

The article wasn't on the 20. It was just on big boy toys. It was just a quick little blurb. I have one more article from 1999 on a 42 tiger.
I'll scan it soon.
When I was young my dad had saved all his motorboating mags from the 60s & 70s. There were some great ads and articles in there... I used to love going through them. When we moved outta that house, my dad left them in a closet, not taking them. I remember the ad for the 38 magnum w/ 454s from 1975...$76,000. My dad said ours was in the mid 90s after being fully optioned.
