My next door neighbor just came by to show me his new Ford GT.I looked at the engine and except for it being silver instead of blue,the blower looked exactly like the one on the 600. He said he heard Merc had something to do with it. What's the scoop?

Lysolm builds both blowers, Merc 600 is a 3.3, Fort GT is a 2.3

The buzz in the past has been that between demand at Ford and Mercury Marine, Lysolm wasn't able to supply Whipple on a regular basis.

I wasn't sure where Ford was using them, guess I know where a few are going.

No,he furnishes Karen with a new Toyota Sequoia and I let him use a new Formula anytime he needs one.Good deal for us,he goes out about 3 times a year and the Sequoia is a daily driver. Good deal for us I drove the GT for a few minutes,awesome car,reminds me of my Pantera,32 years later.
