80, with a 454.....YEAAAAAAAAA, sure it does. First off, I wouldn't want to do 80 in a 21 hammer! My 24 Outlaw did up near 80 with a blown 650 and it was a bit scary at that speed. Liked to chine walk a bit

NO WAY it does 80! I have been over 80 (85 on speedo) in several bassboats and small boats can be stable at speed. Those things are a blast running 3/4 throttle in 75 ft wide creeks.
