I'll be out there most likely on Sat and Sun. Look for 36 Outlaw "Doctor's orders" . I was out yesterday and the water levels were fine, but still some stuff floating around. I will be spending time at either Blarney's or the sand bar on Petite lake.

Saturday Lake Michigan. We will put in at Waukegan. Head towards Navy Pier. Maybe back to North Point for some late lunch. Should not take more than 30-40 minutes. :evilb:

I think brads needs to hit the chain this weekend , so he can attract some of the attention from the boat cops, and take some pressure off of us, my buddy is coming up from oswego w/. his new26' awesome cat on sunday pushing 850 ponies should do well over 110 can't wait to go for a ride in that!

Trimman-

Was that you trying to catch me runnin' across Pistakee at around 5:30 ?? Yea I do have some big power in the old Baja. It does have some big cams and the CMI headers help to give it some bark. I did have to put some turn downs on the pipes to quiet it down. I got stopped last week and was told to quiet it down cuz they will be watching me this year. :(

Next time you see me wave or something !!!!

Re: Chain of lakes in IL

You can show up , you can see what we are about as a club , captains meeting is at 12pm sharp, we reserved the upstairs at Freddies for when we return at approx. 5pm for cold shrimp and subs , bar will be cash, 1st 2nd and 3rd place awards will be given out, to try and eliminate the big TRain of boats on the little chain we will run in smaller packs maybe 5 boats and have varouis choices to stop , we are hoping for at least 25 boats to make it interesting .

You can just show up , sorta give us a clue if you are gonna make it, We are calling it a raffel / fun run because of the gambling thing ,held at the establashment but we'll see what we can or what we can get away with,LOL .I am waiting for a answer from our commodore about the price, i would imagine it is per boat for 2 people for 1 hand. We are having our big Thunder run in july, we get some nice boats and a good turnout for that one, it gives us some different things to do on the chain, we would be up for a tie off one of the days.

Re: Chain of lakes in IL

I'll be at the races my slip was #79 i heard they changed the #'s , i'm right behind fred neilsens slip (33 eliminator) , i split the cost w/ a buddy who has a 29 powerquest enticer , we can fit 2 boats in our slip , on occasion i take my boat or i ride w/ my buddy in his PQ or i ride w/ my other buddy in his 42 black fountain depends on the week or if i'm taking work buddys out, so on ocasion we have room for an extra boat if anyone is intrested we just ask for a $20.00 donation .Hope it doesn't rain ,weather has been really goofy.
